About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle receipt of customer orders, resolving any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements
- Enter orders into the business system and follow up with customers regarding order changes
- Work within a team with responsibility for all regions within the US for customer support
- Deliver accuracy in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns
- Provide flexible support to multiple duties at one time
- Counsel Customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature
- Utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general comments and complaints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Customer Service phone environment
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail and accountability in all tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer issues
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Organizational skills are highly desired
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
