About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs, focusing on:
OTIF (On Time In Full) – ensure an appropriate service level for deliveries
Total Logistics Cost – identify opportunities to reduce costs
Freight per liter/unit – evaluate transportation efficiency
Perform freight analyses, including:
Comparison of carrier rate tables
Validation of actual costs vs. contracted rates
Identification of optimization opportunities (route planning/routing, consolidation, transport modes, etc.)
Monitor and control freight payment processes:
Verify carrier invoices
Validate amounts against current contracts/rate tables
Ensure proper approval and submission for payment
Execute and monitor invoice postings in corporate systems, ensuring:
Accuracy of information
Compliance with financial deadlines
Adherence to internal policies
Support the development of management reports and logistics performance dashboards
Work collaboratively with areas such as Transportation, Planning, Finance, and Operations to continuously improve processes
Identify and implement operational improvements and logistics cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in logistics operations, distribution, or transportation
Experience managing freight and logistics KPIs
Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel)
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Familiarity with TMS (Transport Management System) is a plus
Experience in data analysis and KPI development
