Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the talent acquisition strategy across US for Science & Technology
- Ensure attraction, engagement, and hiring of high-quality talent
- Collaborate closely with teams and external partners
- Partner with C-level stakeholders and senior leaders
- Provide efficient and future-ready talent acquisition solutions
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-level technical and leadership roles
- Lead talent attraction for critical global centers
- Design and scale the enterprise PhD Recruitment Program
- Act as a senior advisor to R&D and S&T leadership
- Implement AI-powered recruiting tools and digital solutions
- Monitor performance and improve quality-of-hire metrics
- Oversee recruiting operations focusing on diversity outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within global organizations
- 2+ years of experience focused exclusively on Science & Technology or Research & Development recruitment
- Experience leading large or distributed recruiting teams
- Advanced data interpretation and financial skills
- Experienced in using market data for demand-planning and organizational forecasting
