Shape the talent acquisition strategy across US for Science & Technology
Ensure attraction, engagement, and hiring of high-quality talent
Collaborate closely with teams and external partners
Partner with C-level stakeholders and senior leaders
Provide efficient and future-ready talent acquisition solutions
Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-level technical and leadership roles
Lead talent attraction for critical global centers
Design and scale the enterprise PhD Recruitment Program
Act as a senior advisor to R&D and S&T leadership
Implement AI-powered recruiting tools and digital solutions
Monitor performance and improve quality-of-hire metrics
Oversee recruiting operations focusing on diversity outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within global organizations
2+ years of experience focused exclusively on Science & Technology or Research & Development recruitment
Experience leading large or distributed recruiting teams
Advanced data interpretation and financial skills
Experienced in using market data for demand-planning and organizational forecasting
