About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day pricing operations including price updates, maintenance, and Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) checks
  • Process customer pricing requests, including Builder CPC and Painter account pricing
  • Prepare and validate customer price lists, promotional data, and pricing reports
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain pricing governance, including workflows, approvals, and audit controls
  • Track and manage service levels (SLAs) for pricing requests
  • Support monthly reporting across retail pricing, promotions, and customer pricing structures
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution
  • Assist with pricing system testing, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Support promotional activities, price reviews, and broader pricing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years’ experience in pricing administration, sales support, or a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills (including formulas, data validation, and pivot tables)
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
  • A solid understanding of pricing processes, data accuracy, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
