About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Achieve all sales and market goals for an assigned region by personal and direct sales
Manage the complete sales process to major accounts or groups of accounts within Aerospace customers
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine comprehensive account plans to grow sales and margin improvements
Document, maintain and execute commercial opportunity pipeline using structured CRM data
Identify shifts in customer demand and communicate implications to leadership
Drive systematic prospecting efforts to expand customer base and secure specifications
Lead commercial negotiations and contract development with customers
Develop accurate, bottoms-up sales forecasts by customer and product line

Requirements

What you’ll need

Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
5+ years of experience in an outside sales position
Prior experience with sale for higher technical products or markets
Experience with Aerospace or Automotive parts and assemblies preferred
Prior experience working for a matrixed organization
Travel up to 20% throughout North America and worldwide to support customers
