About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deploy solutions across Record to Report (R2R) processes within the Finance EMEA organization
Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and productivity improvements across R2R processes
Collaborate closely with Finance Innovation & Productivity COE and Shared Service Centers
Report to the Global Manager Finance Innovation & Satellite Tools based in EMEA
Define and support the R2R future-state operating model
Lead innovation ideas and transformation projects across R2R
Conduct and maintain an inventory of R2R activities
Develop end-to-end R2R process documentation
Improve General Ledger and Management Reporting sub-stream processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in finance process optimization and reporting improvement
End-to-end knowledge of finance processes
4+ years of project leadership experience
Experience collaborating with global team members
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance
Experience with project and change management
Advanced proficiency in English.
