Account Manager
PPGAccount Manager responsible for increasing profitability through trade account management and key customer growth for PPG's paint products in Australia. Collaborating with builders and trade applicators in the Gold Coast region.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improving the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships.
- Driving the growth of key customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and surrounds!
- Developing and improving the customer service propositions in line with our brand strategies.
- Leading, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of key trade accounts.
- Collaborating with trade applicators, stores and residential builders.
- Achieving sales, growth, and profit targets.
- Delivering high level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous Account Management experience preferably within the building materials market.
- Working alone and prioritizing your own day is how you work best, but you will also be happy to engage and work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and PPG!
- Excellent communications skills - you will easily establish trust and make people feel comfortable with your easy-going approach.
- A proven record in building new relationships, or accounts and growing existing business.
- Current Driver’s license.
