About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across multiple global sites
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscapes
  • Design and configure complex EWM processes including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse task management, slotting, labor management, and yard management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global warehouse stakeholders
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Oversee solution design, testing, and go-live activities
  • Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for EWM-related issues across all regions
  • Collaborate with Basis, ABAP development, and integration teams to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level EWM consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
  • Proven track record of delivering minimum 3 complex, large-scale warehouse implementations in a global organizational context
  • Deep expertise in SAP EWM core processes (goods receipt/issue, putaway strategies, wave management, packing, physical inventory, RF framework)
  • Experience integrating EWM with SAP S/4HANA, TM, and ERP modules (MM, PP, SD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (required)
  • SAP EWM certification is strongly preferred
  • Fluent English (required); additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus
