About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Process new hires, leaves, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately into the system.
- Maintain electronic employee files and records to meet record-keeping requirements.
- Respond to employee and HR queries via ServiceNow.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee records.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Participate in system testing, data clean-up, and process improvement initiatives.
- Document procedures and maintain up-to-date process guides.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to employee data.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow for HR data processing and ticket handling will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, data formatting) will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations.
