About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key connection to the Project Management Office (PMO) leader.
  • Assist in assembling and presenting projects’ status reports.
  • Determine and define scope and objectives.
  • Assist in outlining best practices for how project milestones are set and how project health is communicated.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Support clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management including coaching team members.
  • PM role to coordinate all data activities for connect PPG program.
  • PM role to coordinate all cutover activities i.e. cutover strategy, cutover plan for SAP S/4 HANA.
  • This role maintains holistic visibility on the status of development activities and set-up for testing events and go-live.
  • Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Assist the Procurement Department in Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work information.
  • Assist in implementing and maturing capacity planning.
  • Remain flexible in an ever-changing environment to support the PMO Department activities that arise in an ad hoc fashion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 12 years’ experience as a project manager, or a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in using popular project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, HP ALM, Microsoft Project.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • ERP implementation experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Proven experience delivering complex and global scale projects in an international and multicultural environment.
