About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Calculate and maintain quarterly standard costs.
  • Analyze raw materials and other cost drivers impacting product costs.
  • Support the annual manufacturing rates upload process.
  • Prepare standard cost variance analyses and explanations for stakeholders.
  • Support plants during internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with plants to explain major cost impacts and variances.
  • Monitor and report on SSPL and Magna Carta.
  • Track inventory losses, analyze root causes, and assess financial impact.
  • Participate in annual physical inventory audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Interest in ERP and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
  • Affinity with manufacturing and production environments.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and independent working style.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
