About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global execution of HR strategies and initiatives
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to B2B sales leadership
- Build and manage succession plans in partnership with business leaders
- Serve as change agent for effective communication and implementation of organizational change initiatives
- Develop meaningful data and insights, metrics and scorecards to assess and monitor progress
- Champion and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience within matrixed industrial manufacturing organizations
- Experience operating in global, multi‑country management structures
- Experience partnering with global, matrixed B2B sales organizations
- Experience in designing and supporting sales incentive plans
- Prior experience shaping and executing talent and culture strategy alongside senior leadership
- Possess cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to work successfully across borders, functions, and levels.
