About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute product roadmap for powder coatings in APAC, aligning with regional market demands.
Own regional NPI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Optimize product portfolio through systematic analysis and rationalization of underperforming platforms/SKUs.
Develop technology, products and value selling trainings for commercial teams.
Interface with global team to align strategies and share best practices.
Work with Marketing Communications Team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools.
Collaborate with key customers to understand evolving needs and identify product solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred but not required
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial coatings, powder coatings, or related chemical industries in product management, marketing, technical, business development, or sales roles
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
