Key responsibilities & impact

Provide project and process engineering support within the Americas liquid operations organization
Guide change through process engineering leadership on manufacturing projects for liquid operations
Collaborate with Business and Advanced Manufacturing teams to modernize operations
Stay informed of latest technology and process developments in the industry
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process designs and conduct developmental process trials
Participate in projects within boundaries of subject matter expertise
Collaborate with site engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors of Engineering required; Chemical / Mechanical major preferred
7 to 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, capital project execution, process development
Experience in Batch and Continuous operations preferred
Experience with structured improvement methods
Experience with new equipment specification and design through commissioning
Background knowledge of paint and resin chemistry and processing
