About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting continuous improvement practices for PPG's Industrial Coatings business growth
- Acting as a key advisor to the region's Supply Chain Director and other country leaders
- Collecting inventory related data, analyzing and processing the data
- Developing inventory control strategies and coordinating relevant departments
- Reporting based on obtained data indicators and providing professional advice
- Building good relationships within supply chain, commercial and peer functions
- Designing and implementing commercial policy across multiple IC ROA countries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or equivalent; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 6 years of progressive supply chain experience in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes: demand/supply planning, logistics, customer service, and distribution
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Skilled in data analytics, visualization and ERP/S&OP systems
- Coordination, Collaboration, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and speaking.
