About the role
- Design, implement, and manage targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive growth in the Infrastructure segment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize impact.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required.
- 6-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing and digital strategies, preferably within the coatings or infrastructure industries.
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in key segments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Ability to travel globally.
