About the role

  • Responsible for commercial activity and sales of key accounts in assigned area.
  • Promote new product and technology to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and account receiving, convert conflict to win-win.
  • Manage effective demand forecast, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate teamwork to address critical issues among production, QC, supply chain, technical, financial, and customer.
  • Make customer business action plan, ensure sales goal attainment, and profit objective.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market intelligence to support developing product & sales strategies and implement global and regional sales strategies.
  • Report to regional sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Preferred major in coating, chemical or automotive equivalent.
  • 3 years sales or technical service working experience in Coatings is preferred.
  • Aggressive business development ability, keep on learning new things.
  • Good English both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skill.
