About the role
- Responsible for commercial activity and sales of key accounts in assigned area.
- Promote new product and technology to customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and account receiving, convert conflict to win-win.
- Manage effective demand forecast, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate teamwork to address critical issues among production, QC, supply chain, technical, financial, and customer.
- Make customer business action plan, ensure sales goal attainment, and profit objective.
- Collect and analyze customer and market intelligence to support developing product & sales strategies and implement global and regional sales strategies.
- Report to regional sales manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Preferred major in coating, chemical or automotive equivalent.
- 3 years sales or technical service working experience in Coatings is preferred.
- Aggressive business development ability, keep on learning new things.
- Good English both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skill.
