About the role

  • Increase revenue through key account management and business development initiatives within the Kitchen and Bakeware markets in Thailand.
  • Strong coordination with technical service teams to uplift customer service levels.
  • Report to Consumer Segment Director and work with the Global Key Account Managers to align the account growth strategies.
  • Sales responsibility for Thailand US$ 5.6MM.
  • Grow strategic key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales plans and build business development strategies to achieve sales and growth target within your assigned territory.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customers, and channels for expansion.
  • Coordinate technical service teams, technical and internal stakeholders to uplift customer service levels and increase satisfaction.
  • Be the key liaison between customers and technical service teams to ensure timely support.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, opportunity pipeline and account performance reviews.
  • Work with operations, supply chain, technical and finance teams to ens service excellence.
  • Coordinate the activities of all departments with whom the customer has direct contact to provide a cohesive service.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent in a relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a B2B sales environment with multinational customers
  • Strong Key Account Management and Business Development capability
  • Experience in coating, chemical, compound, ink, metal, pre-treatment or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to work and influence effectively with management, sales teams and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for internal and external contacts.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written.
