About the role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver sales targets, margin targets and collection targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients that include EPCs, fabrication yards, contractors, and coatings applicators
  • Develop and build a strong project pipeline
  • Maintain a cadence of reporting on all sales activities and opportunities through the use of SalesForce tool
  • Collaborate and engage with global engineering and key account management teams to strengthen company's position in project specifications and with key decision makers
  • Gather key market and industry information as well as competitors' activities and plan for appropriate actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in protective coatings dealing with large oil and gas projects
  • A good network of customers built over years of sales experience
  • P&L management experience and key account management
  • Negotiation, sales presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and local language
