About the role
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Manage sales forecasts, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure revenue achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor performance and collaborate with distributors to drive growth opportunities.
- Provide pipeline support and follow up on customer leads to secure Bodyshop (BS) wins.
- Collect and report competitor activities, products, and strategies to support decision-making.
- Work with the marketing team to execute promotional programs and campaigns effectively.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Automotive or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in coating business
- Good proficiency in the local language and English
- Experience with key account management and knowledge of the refinish paint segment is a plus.
