About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned resellers
  • Sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide resellers with necessary sales tools, product information, pricing, and promotional materials
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to enhance reseller knowledge and selling skills
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Gather market and competitor information from resellers to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Ensure resellers comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align reseller activities with company campaigns and product launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or technical fields
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in channel management, reseller management, or sales support roles
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of reseller business models and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in an office environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • English language is mandatory, Additional language is a plus (German would be preferred).
