About the role
- Proactive management of a defined customer portfolio, including accurate order entry and processing (manually or via EDI)
- Ensure promised delivery dates in coordination with Supply Chain and Shipping
- Monitor inventory and orders, including weekly order status checks
- Analyze customer forecasts and coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain in case of deviations
- Communicate unplanned MTS, MTO and ATO orders to the Supply Chain
- Create batches and labels for EasyMix orders
- Handle complaints, returns and consignment stock
- Maintain customer master data and work closely with Account Management and TSR
- Ensure compliance with all PPG policies
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Oracle OPM R12 is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused, structured and reliable working style
