About the role
- Participate in the development and design of the controls of a Green Field Site
- Directing preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects
- Providing technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians
- Develop RFQs, SOW and directly manage vendors and contractors
- Plan and execute the totality of the project
- Field supervision of employees and contractors
- Project and special process documentation, including technical writing of SOPs, operations manuals, and training documentation
- Assist with capital budgeting and fiscal control of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent work experience & certifications is required
- Experience with GE Proficy a Plus
- Knowledge of PLC’s is required, Allen Bradley PLC is a plus
- Five (5) or more years of experience with project management in an industrial capacity required
