• Translate the business/functional and corporate strategies into the local HR agenda
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, using data to develop talent, total rewards, engagement, performance, culture and capability building to local business outcomes
• Ensure execution of HR strategy, balancing local business and program needs
