About the role
- Lead the entire project lifecycle for complex capital projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor costs, track progress against timelines.
- Manage relationships with external partners.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Manufacturing team to develop strategies for future manufacturing technologies.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have or be eligible to obtain top secret clearance.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related technical field is required.
- 15+ years' experience supporting manufacturing and implementing capital projects globally.
- Specialist in Project Management.
- Basic CAD skills required, SolidWorks is helpful.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Green Belt preferred.
- Experience leading teams through sophisticated initiatives/projects and carry extensive project management background within a large organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
