About the role
- Help assess security risks and vulnerabilities related to physical premises and personnel in Mexico City and State of Mexico.
- Report security incidents and solve them.
- Coordinate daily physical security operations, audits of security and inspections, ensuring compliance with established security protocols.
- Implement security norms for personnel, vendors, law enforcement, access control procedures and more.
- Monitoring security technologies, including surveillance systems and alarms, and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Provide training and resources to security staff and employees on physical security best practices and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 3 to 4 years in physical security operations or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Drivers license is necessary.
- English Abilities such as communication, incident solving and technology proficiency are key.
