About the role

  • Direct and lead the commercial strategy team to achieve targets and business growth.
  • Lead the sales strategy for an assigned territory while being responsible for meeting sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, increase market share and profitability.
  • Implement the strategic plan ensuring the budget execution regarding Sales, Profit Contribution, Overhead and EBIT.
  • Drive use of the CRM software, develop a pipeline of projects.
  • Promote use of S&OP processes to support demand planning requirements.
  • Recruit, hire and train new members of the sales staff.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining partnerships with key customers.

Requirements

  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
  • You must have or be eligible to obtain top secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
  • 10 or more years of sales experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft BI or other enterprise data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM, ERP utilities.
