About the role
- Purchase order (PO) management: pull PO reports and place orders as scheduled
- Review supplier acknowledgements and cost updates, and update system
- Complete assigned tickets promptly and accurately
- Maintain approved supplier list
- Run late order report and provide updates
- Send a list of orders with tracking information to receiving department for coordination
- Prioritize urgent issues and communicate any delays proactively
- Collaborate with analysts and receiving teams to ensure data accuracy and updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
- 1+ year of supply chain, planning, or procurement experience
- Knowledge of QAD and forecasting methodology preferred
- Aerospace experience preferred
