About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain our web application using Next.js and TypeScript (≈85%) and React/JavaScript (≈15%), Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
- Work in an AI-first development environment using Claude and Cursor
- Manage version control and collaboration via GitHub
- Ensure high code quality through testing and maintainable architecture
- Implement functions and migrations, and maintain our Database-as-a-Service platform
- Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems
- Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and the product vision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business informatics or computer science, OR equivalent programming or automation experience
- Prior experience with tools such as n8n is an advantage but not required
- Solid English skills for clear, straightforward team communication
- German not required
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Fast comprehension and a disciplined working style
