About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain our web application using Next.js, TypeScript (85%), React/JavaScript (15%), Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
Work in an AI-first development environment with Claude and Cursor
Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub
Ensure high code quality, testing, and maintainable architecture
Implement functions and migrations and maintain our database-as-a-service platform
Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems
Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and product vision

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business informatics or computer science, OR proven programming experience, OR automation experience
5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
Solid English skills for straightforward team communication
German is not required
Ability to perform well under pressure
Quick comprehension and a disciplined working style
