About the role
- Communication with clients and capturing and structuring requirements
- Planning and designing digital business processes together with clients
- Coordinating and overseeing implementation by the development team

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- No prior IT experience is necessary for the more technical tasks, but a certain IT affinity should be present
- Ability to follow existing processes and to work with concentration
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in our office in Worms
- Quick comprehension and strong discipline
- Ability to handle performance pressure well
- Clear and error-free written and spoken German
