About the role

  • Lead qualification: Daily calls with interested leads — you identify who has genuine potential and who does not.
  • Conducting initial calls: You lead structured pre-sales conversations, assess motivation and fit, and prepare the lead specifically for the closer.
  • Scheduling & improving show-up rates: You coordinate sales appointments with the closer team and ensure top show-up rates.
  • CRM & process ownership: You record all conversations accurately in HubSpot, meet KPIs, and contribute your own ideas to improve the funnel.

Requirements

  • You are hungry, resilient, and ready to make a real start in sales.
  • You have some prior sales experience or are naturally strong in communication and leading conversations.
  • You work in a disciplined, reliable, and focused way — regardless of your daily mood.
  • You are willing to take responsibility, accept feedback, and continuously work on your development.
  • You are not looking for a part-time role.
