About the role

  • Lead qualification: Daily conversations with interested leads — you identify which leads have real potential and which do not
  • Conduct initial calls: You run structured pre-qualification calls, assess motivation and fit — and prepare the lead specifically for the closer
  • Scheduling & show-up optimization: You coordinate sales calls with the closing team and ensure high show-up rates
  • CRM & process ownership: You accurately document all conversations in HubSpot, meet KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve the funnel

Requirements

  • You are ambitious, resilient, and ready to make a real start in sales
  • You have some experience in sales or are naturally strong in communication and engaging with people
  • You work in a disciplined, reliable, and focused way — regardless of daily ups and downs
  • You are willing to take responsibility, accept feedback, and consistently work on self-improvement
  • You are not looking for a part-time position
