About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and manage sales activities within the territory
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Solicit professional technicians to win business for distributors
  • Collaborate with warehouse distributors to sell PowerStop products
  • Track and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket space
  • Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
  • Experience working with warehouse distributors
  • ACES/PIES experience is a plus
  • Automotive technical skills with a concentration on brakes is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret large sets of automotive data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territories is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
