Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and manage sales activities within the territory
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Solicit professional technicians to win business for distributors
Collaborate with warehouse distributors to sell PowerStop products
Track and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket space
Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
Experience working with warehouse distributors
ACES/PIES experience is a plus
Automotive technical skills with a concentration on brakes is a plus
Exceptional organizational capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret large sets of automotive data.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel within the assigned territories is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
