About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage sales activities within the territory
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Solicit professional technicians to win business for distributors
- Collaborate with warehouse distributors to sell PowerStop products
- Track and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket space
- Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
- Experience working with warehouse distributors
- ACES/PIES experience is a plus
- Automotive technical skills with a concentration on brakes is a plus
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret large sets of automotive data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territories is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
