About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure
Oversee network infrastructure design and maintenance
Manage server infrastructure and cloud services deployment
Lead storage infrastructure management and data integrity
Monitor IT infrastructure performance and security
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for infrastructure requirements
Develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for infrastructure projects
Stay abreast of emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8 years working experience
5 years in a relevant supervisory position
2 years GCC experience is a plus
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles
Proficiency in infrastructure design and maintenance methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
