About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Oversee network infrastructure design and maintenance
- Manage server infrastructure and cloud services deployment
- Lead storage infrastructure management and data integrity
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and security
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for infrastructure requirements
- Develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for infrastructure projects
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years working experience
- 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles
- Proficiency in infrastructure design and maintenance methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
