About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead field construction activities and serve as the primary site representative
- Manage construction planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Oversee contractor execution, performance, and compliance
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Commissioning teams
- Identify and mitigate construction risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct construction inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Support project closeout, turnover documentation, and lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ years of related construction experience (Construction Manager III)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- 8+ years of related construction experience (Senior Construction Manager)
- 5+ years supporting large-scale projects ($50M+)
- 12+ years of related construction experience (Staff Construction Manager)
- 7+ years supporting large or mega-projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
- Natural gas pipeline, processing, industrial facility, or infrastructure construction experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of construction technologies, pipeline systems, and industry best practices (Preferred)
