About the role

  • You develop and maintain our applications following Scrum, contribute your expertise in complex business logic and performance optimization, and create solutions in close collaboration with our stakeholders
  • You actively participate in selecting technologies and frameworks and contribute your knowledge to the team in a collegial and solution-oriented manner
  • You actively support the integration of software components and provide 3rd-level support
  • You are quality-conscious and automated testing is part of your practice
  • You design the architecture of services and distributed systems and contribute to the ongoing development of our DevOps infrastructure

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science (FH, university) and/or several years of proven professional experience in software development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the following technologies and frameworks: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, cloud deployments (Kubernetes, observability, GitOps) and Oracle DB
  • Knowledge of the following technologies is an advantage: Open/Elastic Search, Kafka and Angular
  • Enthusiastic involvement in all aspects of software development
  • A commitment to tackling challenges as part of a team
  • Very good spoken and written German skills
