About the role
- Overall responsibility for the integrated safety and quality management system of Post Immobilien
- Lead and develop the Safety and Quality Management teams
- Define and implement the safety and quality strategy
- Responsibility for ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Plan and support internal and external audits
- Represent Post Immobilien in company-wide safety and technical committees
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, normative and internal requirements
- Further develop processes, standards and training concepts
- Active stakeholder management to network and optimize processes
Requirements
- Completed university degree (university, university of applied sciences or higher vocational education)
- Additional training in Safety & Security, Quality Management or related fields
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in safety, quality management or a similarly regulated environment
- Solid knowledge of relevant ISO standards, audit processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong IT skills and affinity (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP)
- Strong consultative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good German language skills
- Good knowledge of a second national language (minimum B2)
