About the role
- Responsible for central CRM applications, in particular the Data Protection Dashboard and the Preference Center
- Lead projects and procurements from evaluation through to implementation
- Ensure professional and effective stakeholder management
- Develop a compelling product vision and strategy for the CRM landscape
- Analyze existing processes and develop sustainable solution proposals
- Actively contribute to projects and lead sub-projects
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for data-driven organizations
- Broad knowledge of management, integration, migration and analysis of data and applications
- Experience as a Project Manager, Business Engineer or Architect across all project phases
- Experience with both agile and traditional project management approaches
- Ability to assess and implement solution options
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, plus good knowledge of a second national language
