About the role
- Within the Delivery Team you act as the subject-matter expert for payment processing and take on an advisory, coordinating and mediating role
- You elicit, analyze, structure, evaluate and document business requirements into use cases and derive the user stories for development
- Thanks to your analytical skills you identify conflicts, redundancies and synergies and thus provide central added value to the initiative and your stakeholders
- You refine everyday operational concerns so that well-founded and timely decisions can be made
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of project and consulting experience as a Requirements Engineer or IT Business Analyst
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in retail banking and in digital environments; experience with agile project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Disciplined Agile Delivery, SAFe) is an advantage
- Team player with an articulate, proactive and reliable personality
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills
