About the role

Requirements

  • Identify case-related risks and clarify them directly with customers, taking into account regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assess and document business relationships and higher-risk transactions and prepare clear, well-written, and precise reports.
  • Consistently ensure compliance with legal and formal requirements as well as tax compliance (AIA, FATCA).
  • Serve as a point of contact for our customers and internal departments.
  • Continuously develop your subject-matter expertise in compliance-related topics and actively contribute to knowledge retention within the team.

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher-level business or legal education (e.g., HF (Advanced Federal Diploma), FH (University of Applied Sciences), CAS).
  • Professional experience in the financial services sector or in a compliance environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and to prioritise different workloads effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous working style.
  • Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
