About the role
- You identify suspicious transactions in the Digital Commerce area, analyze them thoroughly, and clarify matters directly with our customers
- You make independent decisions, initiate appropriate measures, and actively prevent fraud
- You maintain close communication with internal specialist units and external partners, regularly contributing your assessments
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with further education in Banking/Finance; knowledge of a fraud-prevention system such as Falcon is an advantage
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple investigations in parallel
- Excellent German skills and good French skills; English skills are an advantage
