About the role
- Support agile initiatives, projects and mandates from requirements definition through to successful implementation
- Act as the central point of contact between the business and internal ICT units
- Systematically capture, analyze, validate and document business needs and requirements
- Initiate and organize technical concepts, feasibility studies and the introduction of quality assurance measures
- Take responsibility for the delivery of the IT service to customers and the business
- Coordinate specialist teams and solution providers
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes
- Contribute to budgeting and capacity planning within the DevOps team; monitor budgets and vendor invoices
Requirements
- Degree or further education in computer science (e.g., FH/University of Applied Sciences, ETH/Swiss Federal Institute of Technology)
- Ideally IREB certification (CPRE) or further training as a Business Analyst
- Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or in an agile role such as Scrum Master
- Solid practical experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong agile mindset and high flexibility
- Experience in technical collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ability to quickly understand complex contexts and present them clearly
- Good German skills, knowledge of French; ideally strong English skills
