About the role
- You are responsible for advising customers and selling our products and services in the Sales Zone of the PostFinance Store
- In this role, you focus the Sales Zone on sales activities and ensure that simple customer service requests are directed to digital channels or the postal network
- You lead the team, actively support your employees and motivate them to perform at their best
- You actively collaborate with the team in the Sales Zone
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, ideally with further training in the financial sector
- Experience in selling financial services and in personnel management
- Service-oriented commitment and a professional demeanour, even in unexpected situations
- Excellent knowledge of French; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
