About the role

  • You analyze and specify business requirements for card and transaction processes (Issuing)
  • You perform the analysis and interpretation of Mastercard announcements and assess their impact on our systems and processes
  • You model processes and support the definition of interfaces and data flows
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, developers and testers, taking responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions

Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent qualification, plus experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
  • Experience in payments or the card environment, including card processing (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 8583, PCI DSS, PSD2, EMV)
  • Analytical skills and experience with business analysis methods (BPMN, UML) as well as database queries (SQL)
  • Technical understanding of interfaces (REST API) and tools such as Jira/Confluence
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and very good command of English
