About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for SAP users, primarily in FI, CO & MM
- Manage Change Request Management (ChaRM) within the SAP environment
- Coordinate testing and oversee test management for SAP upgrades and release changes
- Collaborate closely with business units and IT
- Take responsibility for the SAP roles and authorization concept
- Contribute expertise to projects and support the introduction of new SAP functionalities
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and a keen interest in financial processes
- Several years of experience as an SAP Superuser or SAP Consultant
- Experience in test and release management within an SAP environment
- Analytical, systems-oriented thinking and a passion for process optimization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Independent, structured working style and a high willingness to learn
