- Responsibility for SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
- 3rd-level support and service management for HR solutions
- Support in implementing the cloud strategy
Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
- Several years of experience as an IT module consultant in the HR domain
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and, if applicable, SAP ERP HCM
- Familiarity with traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) IT project methodologies
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
