About the role
- Coordinate and manage the calendars of HR business partners
- Ensure smooth administrative operations
- Support internal coordination and prepare presentations
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Independently handle complex administrative tasks
- Ensure correct document filing and record keeping
- Use digital tools and AI to optimize administrative processes
- Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and organize HR events
Requirements
- Swiss Federal Diploma as an Executive Assistant (Executive/Management Assistant) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as an assistant at executive management level, preferably in an HR environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and a high degree of discretion
- Experience handling confidential personnel data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent command of German and good command of French
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Confident user of M365 and digital tools
- Strong affinity for AI and AI tools
