About the role
- Senior and responsible role for the Volketswil distribution area.
- Responsible for the operational, financial and personnel aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality logistics processes.
- Analyze the market and competitive situation and develop strategies.
- Responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in national projects within the Sorting and Delivery Competence Center.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a larger operational area
- Proven track record in change and project management
- Completed advanced training in process or logistics management, leadership, or business administration
- Clear vision and ambitious objectives
- Ownership for implementation
- Ability to support the team as leader and coach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Good knowledge of a second national language
