About the role
- Define and develop the strategy architecture for PostNetz
- Steer the strategy process together with Executive Management
- Lead strategic initiatives and produce well-founded analyses of complex issues
- Advise organizational units on strategy methods and tools
- Identify relevant future topics and translate them into strategic areas of focus
- Establish strategy controlling to measure goal attainment and the impact of the strategy
Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategy development and implementation in large enterprises or consulting firms
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience leading complex projects and strategic transformations with a focus on customer centricity
- Expertise in developing and implementing KPIs and performance monitoring
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Digital mindset and high data literacy
- Very good proficiency in one national language and good spoken proficiency (B2) in a second national language
